GreeboTCat

Hi there and welcome to The Hitch Hikers Guide Norbert... My name is Greebo T. Cat, and me is an Assistant Community Editor here at H2G2. If you need any help then ask away, me will try to help all me can.

Here is a handy link to a page me wrote for new researchers to the guide such as yourself, it has several links to parts of the guide that you might like to visit. So if you have the time, why not pop over to http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/A517286

Me used to have a hampster... she was called Livvy... me missed her greatly when she was gone... so me knows how you feel... me now have 2 birds... some fish and a dog for company... Oh and Stooby... he's my husband... does he count??? ~grin~

Me sees you called your third hampster Hedwig... does that mean you are a Harry Potter fan??? Are you going to see the film when it is released???

Hugs Greebs.. xx

Norbert the Hamster

Thanks for the welcome.
Yes, husband's count -they're more work than hamsters. I have a husband too.
Hedwig was a few years ago, so no, the hamster was not named after the owl. I have read the Harry Potter books, and yes, I'm going to see the movie. I've only watched the trailer 3 times so far.
I was happy to see both Norbert and Hedwig's names in the Harry Potter book (I think Hagrid's dragon was named Norbert).
I'll check out the 'new member' page later (I'm on the end of my lunch break).
Happy Hunting,
Norbert
