How's this? My wife who is a mathematical genius worked it out for me
(8x0)+(9-2)x(9-3)=42
Am I in?

Hi sbe,
It's customary to use the digits in your U-number in the order they appear...
as in
2*0 + 
(8+9) * 3 - 9 = 42 
42
