Dear fellow researchers and writers!

This entry has been posted by me a few months ago to the peer review (oh how overly ambitious!) but is obviously not yet ready for that - I see that myself (btw, it is still listed there as an ongoing conversation. Could anybody remove it from peer review? I do not want to fill different forums with identical content).

I would be happy for both writing advice and additional content. I approached the subject from my own (german) perspective but I am sure there are many more good ideas or anecdotes regarding the tuning of small motorcycles. Based on my holiday experience I suspect that especially french, italian, dutch and danish people have ample experience in that field of garage technology - please contribute!

Thanks to all, Potocki

Umm, the Writing Workshop is a quit and sleeeepy place. smiley - sadface

I don't fully understand why you want to remove this peace from Peer Review because IMHO it's comprehensive and has all the stuff that a Guide entry needs smiley - ok. Perhaps you remove the 'warning, engineering stuff' at the top, it's only drawing people off, and there are other entries about *really* complex matters around.

Even the language is nothing to be bothered (only, '...A Moped is by law forced...' reads better as 'A Moped is forced by law...') but native speakers may have even better suggestions.

The structure of your entry is very well laid out, and you could add a little beauty if you try to put it into GuideML - that's no big challenge for engineering people, rest assured of that! smiley - smiley

So: hold on! The peers are somewhat lazy, that's all.

(PS: There's this little list on my desktop which collects my favourite stuff, and there's a line in there which starts with the word 'Moped'... smiley - smiley )

Hi potocki :-) Yes, do the changes, but remember there is already a thread on the Peer Review: http://www.bbc.co.uk/h2g2/guide/F48874?thread=104245
