2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

smiley - yikes went to see Dr today smiley - groan - had this cough/sore throat now for nearly a month.... doesn't look like bacterial, but been given antibiotics in case it might be, and due to having had the cough for so long.

Also have an app for hospital for chest X-ray; turns out one of the nurses working in the ward I was on, last November, got him/her-self infected with TB, and so there is a slim risk I've got TB smiley - laughsmiley - coolsmiley - wahsmiley - snork really unlikely... but the GP had the letter that had gone out to all patients, including me, who this affected, and so, he's playing safe - will ring hospital some time soon, to book the app for the X-ray smiley - yawn

so knackered since meet on Saturday smiley - puffsmiley - sleepy

Very busy at gym, did sunday, Monday and Tuesday, off today to catch up at home, and do laundry etc smiley - diva and cook a massive chicken cauliflower and chickpea curry smiley - drool

Gym tomorrow, then maybe Saturday, Sunday Monday off, then very busy Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, and Thursday at work/gym, including helping put together a new group at gym, for circuit training, designing the training etc smiley - puffsmiley - run

Sorry to hear you're still struggling with the sore throat... That is strange that it has hung around for nearly a month... The cough may be an allergy? The pollen count so far this year seems to have been extra high, so other people I know have been coughing more than usual...

Sorry the Meet knackered you, but it was great that you were able to make it smiley - ok Sorry the chair situation was not very good in the bar, so I couldn't quite get round to speak to you properly, but I said hello to W and I certainly admired your leopard-print outfit smiley - ok

Well, I think the sore throat/cough was indeed bacterial; a few days on the antibiotics and my lymph glands in my neck have shrunk back down to nearer normal, and the throat is miles better, already smiley - zen - I think the GP was forgetting, that due to my medications and the hormone problems, I don't necessarily present normal bacterial infection symptoms; I.E., my temp doesn't necessarily rise...

I think this weather is making me feel weird (well, weirder than normal/actual levels of normal can vary, normality not insured, weirdness may alter) - a few hot days I adapt a bit... then this cold again and I can't adapt back quick enough smiley - laugh

Plus did rather bash ourselves at gym last/this week, sunday Monday Tuesday were pretty full on smiley - puff Thursday yesterday I just worked muscles solidly back, shoulders and arms, for over an hour smiley - puffsmiley - flustered - next week looks more hectic, with this circuit training thing to help figure out, plus doing it smiley - puff and useual clients to train plus our own training smiley - puff

Yes, seating was a bit of a problem.... smiley - wah

Glad to hear you're better. I hardly ever get a fever, no matter how ill I may be.

Before all my internal body systems died, if on the rare occasions I got ill/a cold/infection etc, I'd never be ill long, and similarly, never get a fever....

The weirdest now, is feeling ill every day, all day long, its often hard to know when I am* actually* ill smiley - erm - its the most tiring thing of my being ill now, its the constant having to 'scan' my own body, to try figure out if I'm 'ill' beyond, 'being ill' smiley - huh - E.G., I feel dizzy pretty much all of th e time, but having felt like that now for several years, I know I'm not* dizzy/won't fall over randomly... but I do then have to constantly try figure out if I'm just 'feeling' dizzy, or, if, I was to suddenly actually* be dizzy smiley - laugh - feeling stonned all the time isn't much help either and just so 'distant, abscent' from myself and the world around me smiley - erm very hard to explain, like wading all the time through a treacle fog smiley - huh actually, that's a rubbish comparisosnork>

The fever I get now, if I go into adrenal crisis, is horrible... - shivering, feeling freezing but being so cold too, yet running a temp smiley - huh - without running a temp smiley - ermsmiley - weird Simularly sweating so much say in bed; only to feel my skin, and its not only dry, but stone cold - being cold and hot at the same time all the time is also pretty disabilitating, I really* 'never know what to wear', as I can't dress to the temp as I perceive it, although I have to smiley - weird

Sore throat seems gone now; lymph nodes/glands still shrinking down, and a couple days on the antibiotics left to go smiley - zen

Yep, cough/sore throat gone now; had the X-ray today, at hospital, to rule out TB, so will maybe get results from that at some point, - they won't be sent to me, but to the GP, as the GP ordered the test, so its useually hit and miss, if the GP bothers giving me the actual results smiley - snork (OK if I remember I'll try see if I can spot them on the GP website, later this week/next week) smiley - zen

Yes. ever moreso. - esp with my recent discovery, thanks to the new smart watch/sports watch; my HR is higher when I sleep than when I exercise smiley - laugh seriously?! - is everything with my body just upsidedown/the wrong way round? smiley - laugh - I always knew I was different.... but being 'not human' wasn't quite what I thought it'd turn out to be smiley - snorksmiley - runsmiley - fish

I can't explain what I can't perceive. but I can't perceive the explicable, inexplicably, the perceived is often inperceptable, I thereby presume that the percieviable perception of reality is just the mirror of unreality filtered through the inexplicable filter of illusion.

Innit.

I enquired about the inquisitive unexpectedness; only, it turned out, oddly, they just were not prepared for the enquirey, and hadn't, indeed, even expected it; smiley - weirdsmiley - ufo
