I still feel majorly wonky following the hyponatrimia, wekk long hospitalisation. Not sure why, could still be the after-affect of such high-dose steroids for a week, or just an effect of the hyponatremia itself
Just constant dizzyness, sense of the room spinning, and feeling of falling, plus so tired, fatigued, and brain-fatigue/washed out thinking and sore, all over (think the soreness is definately a high dose steroid side effect; they're good anti-inflamatorys, so now, down to a more senisble dose, my body seems to be in a lot more inflamation, and hence constant pain).
Went to hospital this morning, early morning blood draw, for testosterone, sodium/electrolights, and had to give a urine sample too
Came home via the halal butchers, and green grocers.... got mushrooms, asparagus, more diced lamb, and some chicken breasts plus tomatos, potato, and various fruit
Walked past the house, so threw the shopping inside, then went to pharmacy...
Pharmacist was touting for trade, so I duely had my flu shot whilst there, and picked up the prescriptions I'd re-ordered...
only, on getting home, found they're not the drugs I ordered.... just three bottles of levothyroxin liquid, no prednisolone, and no eyedrops - I've a feeling the GP, seeing my discharge letter, and noticing the increased new levothyroxin dose, has just thrown out an extra script for the liquid levo... - I'm assuming if we return to the pharmacy Monday I'll find my steroids and more levothyroxin.... - back to situeation of nearly a grand's worth of liquid levo in the fridge, next the many hundreds of quids worth of growth hormone miniquick pens
Right, to cook lunch next I think..... - lentle dhal for lunch, with the lamb, and then a chicken asparagus and mushroom risotto tonight I think
TBH, I think cooking is about the only thing I both still enjoy doing, am good at, and have the concentration to do, on a regular basis

Well get this all straightened out soon. I wanna see you at having a good time, with no dizziness, disorientation, or brain fog at next year's 20th anniversary meet-up.

To be honest, the dizziness, confusion, brain fog, has been pretty constant, since about January-March 2015... as much as anything, it seems to be just side effects of the drugs that make me feel so ill every day when I take them.... but without which I die, apparently
Its just a bit like feeling majorily hungover, drunk, and on a downer from illegal drugs, all the time - without any of the fun that might otterwise imply - I think its just called having an incurable chronic c ondition... the constant pain doesn't bother me, TBH, I just ignore that, as I don't do pain medication
As time has gone by, throughout treatment, thus far, the more medications they add tomake me feel better, make me feel worse, about the only single medication that singularly just* helps, with no negative effects, is the one self-medication, I take, magnesium just ordinary over the counter magnesium suppliimentation plus occasional mag spray, and fairly regular magnesium bath salts
I feel fine first thing in the morning, before I take the medication that I'll die without, then as soon as I take it, I get all the symptoms I'm ment to get when I don't take it yes, topsy turvey to say th eleast
feel really dizzy this morning... even after 2.8 G sodium (thankyou bacon rashers), with toast and butter and the poisenious glucorcorticoid medication (prednisolone), I've had two cups of coffee, and a cup of tea, which, is really about as much liquid as I'm ment to drink all day.
However.
we're off to go see the local ukelally group, in a pub, this afternoon so chance is I'll get at least two more pints of liquid
I feel too ill if I restrict my liquid intake as they want me to, asides anything else, not to mention too much, but it is actually rather nice to occasionally be able to go to the toilet
This ukelally thing could go one of two ways..... they might be masterful players of the instruments... or... truly terrible.... if the latter I predict two pints might just not be sufficient
to insanity and beyond

It was both terrible, and marvellous... the marvelousness outweighed the awefulness of the ukelally experience I might have to finally cave in and get myself a uke yeh, I can be that* evil I also survived the several pints of beer, required to listen to the ukelally musicalness, in the pub... really nice afternoon indeed I combatted the liquid intake and sodium depletion by eating a stack worth of salt in dinner which was a birianni, after the afternoon in the pub, and after getting home and showering - plus also, basically drinking no tea all afternoon think I'm starting to get dizziness now, from the lack of water in my system... I'm not used to being this dehydrated

Hm... Should I tell PaperKid that she's evil (she plays ukulele *and* posts it to YouTube)?

It wasn't long ago I finally learned to properly pronounce the word 'ukulele'... OO koo LAY lay. Since it's a Hawaiian word, that does make sense.

- mind, I might be better-off just bringing my electric guitar, whih I can, more or less play - I could of course bring my primary school recorder, which I've now had for...... over three decades, and can still only play the one tune on
now just waiting for results of electrolights and testosterone from Friday just gone..... Friday coming will be week 15 since the last testosterone injection, and will be retested Friday coming again for T and electrolights still hoping to make it to week 16, before needing the next testosterone injection

I recently purchased a nose flute. I could sit in (until chased off with boos, empty bottles, threats of further violence).

Nope, it's made of wood and quite small. It looks nothing like a normal flute.

really? ; I didn't realise that normal flutes are banned from airport security nowdays.... that's quite kinda shocking... I've smuggled loads of not allowed c**** through airport security... penknifes.... syringes, hyperdermic needles, injectable fluids... drugs... all by mistake mind...

Baron Grim Posted Sep 18, 2018
I know of no prohibitions on flutes, nasally fitted ones or not.

Prohibition is a filthy word! at least hootoo is back
no gym today... day off at last back tomorrow, for more shadowing, to be part of our training to become personal trainers - no doubt we'll get boared again and just do a workout whilst there.... still concentrating on arms ATM... 8 days of that has achieved a frightening amount; I might have to look at sending more clothes to the charity shop, as the sleeves no longer seem big enough
In otter news, spent the day cooking; pita bread, peri peri (however its spelt), chicken breast slices hummus, and now cooking up a massive pot of a sort of Turkish, somewhat spicey, lamb stew/casserole/curry/thing tons of mushrooms, potato, red pepper, chilis, ginger, cinnamon, some otter spices, onions, garlic, and... some otter stuff too I think must go check it actually
