The chip; my tooth. half fell off last night when I was brushing my teeth... Not had a dental problem since... err, I was about 13, so of course I'm not registered with a dentist. I'm assuming my teeth are going the same way as my bones, thanks to the steroids. Turns out finding a dentist is like finding... something that is really hard to find, the NHS direct website is about as much use as a broken tooth
guess I'll have to try do something about it though, its probably painful, but TBH I'm not sure
Leopard; new, size 18 dress
velvet, new size 20 dress... oddly the size 18 leopard print, really needs to be smaller, whereas the velvet is a good fit as is... - I was a size 24 to 26 at the start of the year - also the new skirt that I'm getting for Christmas, is a size 14
gym today and yesterday... as per useual, but next one is sunday I think...

That's happened to me.
A cracked tooth is not necessarily steroids related.

Pierre de la Mer ~ sometimes slightly worried but never panicking ~ Posted Dec 8, 2017
Reading your post I suddenly remembered I lost a tooth in a dream last night, 2legs.
Coincidence?
It wasn't an actual tooth, though. Or was it? Felt more like a small secret tooth behind the last molar on Lower West Side. (Not Manhattan, my mouth.)
Later I wondered if it was a corner of the last molar - breaking off like a piece of an iceberg. I never found out before I woke up
Hey, isn't "The Last Molar" a great name for a song, album or maybe even a band?

It was the last molar! at the back, bottom, left hand side... and, yes, its like the back most, outer side, has lost that quarter of the tooth - true it might not be steroid related, but given I've got osteoporosis from the steroids now, plus a fragility fracture X2 in my spine, I think the likelihood my calcium is just being released into the wild frontier of my blood; I was getting insane high calcium in my bloods, whilst the Dr was measuring it a few months back - still awaiting to see a Dr about the osteoporosis, or get some treatment for it, and hopefully too, to find a Dr or nurse, or someone, who can advice me onj what I should or should not be doing, given my bak is fractured, and likely to fracture again - not even sure if some of the exercises I'm doing are safe or not for the back still trying to find a dentist, though can't really make much attempt until tomorrow, when they're open to phone round
snow here, overnight, so the country is at a standstill, didn't make it to th gym today, rubbish sleep last night as the heart palpitaitons were insane but going to try gym tomorrow, if we can get there through the expected ice overnight
at least did make it out briefly this afternoon, just to get some fresh air and picked up a nice warm looking cotton jumper thing; which as its fairly thin, I may wear more like a tee shirt, if running/jogging outside whilst its cold and snowy - hopefully should be getting a run on Tuesday providing it isn't looking too slippery underfoot porridge for breakfast, soup for lunch, and cooked a risotto tonight felt very faint most of the day, so perhaps missing the gym today was wise
