Was, also G-day today, as in gym. gym today, gym tomorrow, and gym Saturday. No gym Wednesday this week, was G-days the three days before that though.... three G-days on a row works, four doesn't, so we're now doing 6 days a week, just one day off between sets of three G-days on a row
Today was 10 minutes fast on the exercise bike to warm up (4 KM in 10 minutes).
120 abdominal crunches on the machine, with 21 KG weight.
3 X 20 reps at 20 KG of bench press, squats, shoulder shrugs, bicep curls, deadlifts, and verticle raise, plus 20 reps at 20 KG of the bicep curls with the reverse grip.
Then 40 bench presses with the 20 KG, but a closer grip.
a ton of dips inh the climbing frame thing, then leg raises and lifts, plus the high kicking thing, using the 'dip bars' in the climbing frame thingy... lots of stretches and stuff... plus the half hour round trip walk to and fro the gym...
home, showered, then in town town, to visit Lush... left there £50 lighter then went and spent £10 in Boots on shampoo, and the same again on vitamin tablets - luckily visited the bank.... - also picked up a new cheap padlock, for the lockersat the gym
Tomorrow morning is Gym with one of the personal trainers, then after returning home, showering etc, off to hospital for my T-injection... though oddly, my T-levels seem to run reverse to the injection cycle; at least according to how my body feels, and reacts - I.E., T should be high just after injection, then fall steadily over the 12 weeks, before the next injection... - thepast week or so, my levels, seem to be the highest they've been in months... - E.G., I absolutely need to shave every day, and the face stubble is more wire like than normal err... plus some other quite clear signs my T is high like some labido
in otter news; my eye brows have grown back; they were not exactly not there; just not as .... 'bushy' as they used to be; this is common with low thyroid; losing the outer 1/3 of the eye brows... - I guess the increase from 25 to 50 McG per day on the T4, on the 1st Nov, accounts for that
nhot been doing anything, cept gym, basically...
G-day T-day.

T for testosterone, or for Thyroid/T4?
I am so amazed at your medical stories, and I am SO glad you are doing so well now. Compared to before at least, you still are a medical mystery
hugs!

I'm baffling myself ATM; all these illnesses, - iller than I've ever been; cancer, in recovery, fractured spine, all the hormones, osteoporosis, scaring steroid-induced acne, dilated aortic route.... and.... etc., etc., - at the same time I'm fitter and stronger than I've ever been; probablky fitter and stronger than I was when I was 16 or 17 (I.E., before I lost my sight)
Another baffling thing;
I'm thinner, and more toned//tight than I've ever been; waist smaller, - yet I'm 14 Lb or more (5 KG?) heavier than I was at my lightest weight..... - muscle really does weigh more
Even more baffling; I lost all the fluid retention; went from 10 or 11 (male) shoe size, back down to a 9. - then to a 8.5... now to a 98 (but female 8?) - my feet are smaller than they were when I was 16 years old!
The T - was for testosterone.... - I useorT4, to distinguish the two hormones
well; had my testosterone injection, only difference so far is facial hair is even more annoying than useual, and my legs need shaving way too often (some libido return would be nice... ).
was gym again today, and back there again tomorrow - I've lost more weight too as of the last time this week we weighed me
Key: Complain about this post
