2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side... Started conversation Mar 15, 2017
circuit training was canceled for today as the trainer/instructor is ill
So william and I went for a long walk by the river, which was reallly good today as the sun was out and its suddenly looking and feeling a lot like summer
We headed out down the tow-path, out of town, as the other direction just goes to tourist area and its way too busy we walked out for about an hour or so, and got really quite far before we figured we oughta turn back So two hours walking in total
Figured I deserved a lunch after that, so had salad and finished off a few chicken things from the freezer, as we've a new delivery of grocerys (all frozen stuff), arriving tomorrow, to re-stock up; not done a large stock up shop since just before Xmas and the freezer is starting to look a bit empty
Was somewhat tired after the walk, and having had lunch, so went for a nap and have just had dinner, and still well under calories for the day
Must bath next I think, and then do a weigh-in, as obviously didn't get an official weight-in at the class today as it didn't occur....
Tomorrow willl mainly be waiting in for things; I've a Bodyshop delivery arriving tomorrow, and the grocerys also
Really starting to notice the differnce now, having lost weight; the steroids do terrible things to ones 'body shape', not just the buffalo hump (a weird fatty deposit, like a 'hump', either on the top of the back, or the neck; its generally a sign of overreplacement and mine's reduced somehowat thanks to th e reduction in steorid dose; I had it at the top of my neck ) also, the ' abdominal distension is pretty disgusting, basically just weird prutrustion of the tummy, just above the waist, and just below the rib cage at the front then of course there is the moon face/ which is probably the most noticible... - I have had a few people spot straight away I take steroids, as my face has gotten so rounded - but the face has lost a bit of that now, maybe also due to the reduction in steroids but also the dieting and the tummy has gone down quite a lot too so must weigh myself after I've bathed

oh... wow...
showered. shaved. (Gardinia (sp?) shower gel/cream, coconut shampoo), shaved moisturised (Rose body butter), perfumed (rose ) and injected growth hormone (yes I just managed to get the needle in through the slippary smooth and moisturised skin ) took melatonin.
Weighed myself.
I was 107 KG about five or six weeks ago, which is about 16 stone 7 Lb.
98 KG and a .3 = 98.3 KG. Or, 15 stone, 9 Lb and 3/4
so should be 15 stone and a half, by the end of the weekend at this rate of loss a stone in less than two months and I'm really not starving myself by any extent - odd, though, every9one I've seen/talked too, on steroids, says weight loss is impossible. everyone I know, and/or talk too, who has hypothyroidism, say weight loss is impossible (and those are the ones on replacement thyroxin, which I'm not) pah, some people, no will power

goodluck! the secret is to ... I don't know... I'm sure cutting out about 16 pints of beer a week might have been helping me lose weight so far... just a tiny bit

well; whisky is far less calories than beer, so I'm told!, - to which I replied, not if I drink the whole bottle every night it ain't... - anyhows, I'm ment to be on less than wo pints on any one occasion, as the beer/alohol can interfer with my bones, now I've got the ostioporosis from the medication side effect - steroids are evil. beer is good. hmm. I feel a jump of logic here, leading to a dangerous sitution

I looked it up once, and sadly spirits have almost as many calories as beer, unit per unit. And if you drink with mixers rather than neat it pushes up the calorie count even higher!

I wasn't so worried about the calories in whisky (69 per ounce) compared to beer (195 per can) as much as the carbohydrates (whisky 0g, beer 13g).
My triglycerides were stupid high.
(But, while I was searching for numbers, I found that one of my favorite beers, Belhaven Scottish Ale only has 70 calories and 6g carbs in a 15oz can.)

All this 90F/32C weather I've been having....
AC on this morning for the first time this year.
A good beer on ice can be awfully nice on a hot afternoon, besides supplying a little electrolyte replacement.

Exactly... as I had to explain to the nutritionalist, the other weak, in fat club, beer isn't just something we can throw from our diet; its an entire food group to itself, and just like living with no vegetables or protein can be dangers, so too can living with no beer.... some people get very deficient in it, and just look what happens they lose their mind.... - I really don't want to go insane on top of everythign else. oh...

It's a good thing we are friends, 2legs, because we are in different weight classes now so wouldn't be allowed to fight each other

just you wait.... after I've done my mixed martial arts training - on the one hand, the fact I can't particularly feel pain aywhere on my body anymore would be a real bonus to MMA fighting.... but I assume having ostioporosis of the spine and femur might be a little .... of a downer for a long MMA career
Tonight will be the first night, and therefor ethe first day, wher eI dont' count calories - I think I've done well, over 6 weeks I think, sticking ridgidly to, and useually under my calori goal, but tonight, there's a meal out, at the new posh Indian resturent .... with the local LGBT group a bunch of us, about 14 raiding the place so I might just have to give in and have a decent eat tonight though not sily amounts, and want to try some of their specialisms, like their fish dishes which are healthier, and Ill obviously avoid the heavily sourced dishes, with all the cream, coconut, fats and stuff in; may go for a tandori grill, plus the red mullet, split half and half each between me and W, and then have a vegetable dish and plain boiled rice, plus a riter to go with it, between us as ever Ill stick to drinking water, as the beer is useually so expensive in such places, and we're going to the pub after anyhows
problem is.... now I've lost so much weight... I suddenly find I've two or more entire wardrobes of clothes, that I can fit into again! Its gona take me hours to deciede what to wear....
the new purple shift dress, with a nice belt added to it..... with the red beaded jacekt....
the leopard print full length maxi dress, with matching leopard print leggings and a purple hat....
The red stockings, with the long gypsy red dressy dress...... the dressy purple dress... or the other dressy purple dress... or the 'little black number'... or the lace black dress.... with black stockings... or the velvet dress I got recently... or the velvet skirt, with red stockings and heels... or... maybe the long brown leather skirt, and ... red top adn red stockings... or...
hmm. I might just wear jeans and a tee shirt and be done with it dressing as a man, or a lesbien is just so much easier

Forget the MMA, with the blindness, inability to feel pain, you just need to drink more to combine three martial arts film tropes.
You could be the star of Blind Iron Drunken Master!
Jackie Chan will play you, of course.

I wanna play me though! - as a transvestite of course! transvesite iron ninja master! yesh! meal was fabulus... and didn't have too much at all, just a good selection of the lower cal stuff, combined, vegetarian main, two differnt tandorii meats, and a rice, split 50/50 between W and me and water with the meals....... then to the pub after... so still under for calories for the day, and another 40 minutes walking too
