Of growth hormone. refridgerated packing box, with so many blocks of ice in it, and massive amounts of polystyrine etc.... for three tiny pens of GH.... circa bout £1000 worth of GH now... the tricky thing, getting rid of the damn polystyrine packing into the dustibin.... the box must cost a fortune.... but they won't take it back that's the bin basically full now, just enough room for one or two more sacks of household rubbish, before its emptied next tuesday
in otter news, still below my claory intake goals, even yesterday, which included three pints in the evening and still went under calorys

Its been weeks since I had pizza breakfast now, is most often, it seems, decent butchers bacon, grilled, on top of a giant flat mushroom - plenty of protein, little fat, and no carbs! Risotto bubbling away right now for dinner, which will be a low cal version, without reducing the taste at all with salad to accompany it and then probably a late night walk out.... which may see my final free 500 caloires for the day being used in beer form still putting me under 1600 calories for the day, plus exercise, and so on track for at least 1 Lb weight loss a week, theoretically; given my hypothyroidism, and the steroids affecting metabolism, I'm not sure it will quite work as it should, but I know on previous weight loss I've done, 1600 - 1700 calories a day useually gets me lossing at a rate of 1 or 2 Lb a week; and back then I was determinantly ignoreing my beer-caloriy intake, so hopes are high it may even work now...
I was challanged, by mistake, ya see, by a nurse.... - I happened to mention my 30" skinny fit levis, that no longer fit me, after a year plus on steroids..... - I was wearing them until about middle of 2015, during chemo...... - her reply; "that might be a little ambetitous to expect to fit back in themk, ever..." - people with panhypopit die from heart disease, because they're morbidly obease..... - I'm gona try avoid that if I can I'm only starting from 16 stone 7 Lb, whereas my highest ever, without steroids, was 17 stone 7 Lb, or more.... - so I can't see why returning to 11 stone 11 or 12 Lb is impossible - just got email today, off to visit gym, and join, on Friday, and tomorrow is 'fat club' at the hospital for circuit training - we're planning on not using the bus to get there, instead, the forty five minute walk there, oughta serve as a nice extra warm up - may push Dr ocnsultant endocrine, next time, for further reduction in my steroid dose; as it is, I'm on a dose theoretically too low to treat my condition, so I can't see any point in not trying to lower it more - and may push to have a trial on the other thyroid med, the T3 only, which can theoretically only help with weight loss and increasing metabolism

My weight has varied between 103 and 108 kilos for years now. At present it's 104.2 - which is 16.4086901 stones according to a converter I found on the net.
Since I've shrunk to 180 centimetres it would probably be better if I only weighed between 80 and 90 kilos (12.5 and 14 stones respectively)
I may reach that goal yet some day - provided the urn is not too heavy

- I've certainly been up too, if not beyond, 105 KG of late, I.E., since steroids..... I was less than 80 KG just before starting steroids and chemotherapy etc.... a bit under 12 stone I think.... that is my unreleastic aim but, I've the challange of a nurse in endocrinology.... who probably weighs about 120 KG to move me to that 'unobtainable' target ; plus I wanna get back into My Levi's and my corset
scales this morning say I lost more overnight/early hours - yeh I know this is just water ATM from the diuretics, maybe with a little help from the reduced calory diet and increased physical activity... and vastly reudced beer intake but... even so onwards and downwards.... that oughta be my motto for life really
I've had two eggs for breakfast, on toast, as I was out of the flat mushrooms, and I may sneak in bacon for lunch, to raise my protein up - dinner looks like being an avocado salad, with cucumber, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, cherry tomatos, and a salmon fillet no beer last night, so I had calories spare, and so after my bannna and yogart I also sneaked in a couple of crackers with cheese

well, according to the scales at the hospital exercise/fitness class, I've lost 2 KG and a bit, or about 5 LB and a bit, in a week.... sadly this doesn't mean I'm as low in total weight as I thought, as their scales were weighing me at 16 stone 10 Lb ish, at the start, a week ago, whereas I was figuring from my scales, and some I used in the pharmacy, I was more like 16 stone 5 or 16 stone 7 to start... but, whatever.... its.... hmm.... about a twenty percent loss or something? - think that means I'm now about 102 or 103 KG *thinks* my conversion maths might not be brillient mind err, 2 KG of 105 Kg..... 1.05 = 10%? so 2.something KG must be about 20% dodgy maths
