I think not been feeling great, all day, mainly side efects of the levothyroxin, gona ditch the pack of 50 McG and stick with the 25 McG, that works, and then go to pharmacist Monday
napped most of morning, then tried to nap again later, but coudln't due to heart palpitations.
anyhow, was cooking dinner... was nearly cooked, and I was sitting down the in the front room, and....
sweating... perfusly, on face, head and hair soacked, all down my back etc., etc., also started feeling a bit shakey... ahh.....
necked some prednisolone, and then took an extra dose after eating... which seems to have solved it I guess that was me just about to fall into adrenal crisis, and thence coma and death think I've adverted it maybe this skin infection/boil is more of a stresser than I thought, so I will double both morning and PM doses of steroid tomorrow.
But... until then, I think i'll go shower, adn then to the pub adrneal

the pub was good, even with the weird Spanish bloke falling over drunk, trying to talk all Spanishy to me.... - no idea what he said but he seemed to think it funny... I didn't find it too funny and he was so close to getting more than he bargined for, when he nearly knocked my pint over luckily for him, he didn't spill it and was guided away from the pub eventually
slept really well last night. felt fine on waking, then increasingly ill as I took meds, as useually happens.
pain throughout my hole body, brain fog, tired/fatigue distant/disconnected cramps and pain in various joitns and things in addition to the pain everywhere pain felt nauseous most of the day but did make it out for coffee earlier, despite having several episodes of masive hot flushes heck its October, it can't be that* warm; even outside I can't tollerate wearing a cot or anything other than just the cotton dress I'm in - yet my skin is cold to touch and my body temp taken with the thermometer normal or on the low side of normal
Tried to nap but heart palpitations kept me awake so gave up
Prednisolone is a scarey drug... trust me! mind, so too seems to be levothyroxin, as the differnt brands/generic versions are all so totally differnt I wonder why they're allowed to market them as the drug they claim to be
Starting to get a bit fed up of being ill and not being able to do or enjoy anything anymore.

Prednisone, prednisalone, I'll use them, if the doctor prescribes them, but not without first arranging things so I can be comfortable lying down for an hour or so afterward.
I don't want to be up on my feet and active when they kick in.

They really are rather horrible things... and the side effect list is way more scarey and frightening than just the single side effect of not taking them, for me... hence why I feel worse on taking them every single day but without them, Im ment to get the single side effect... namely death Mind, they're less aweful than hydrocortisone was on/in me... I thin if my thyroid levels get high enough I might tollerate the prednisolone better, adn given the weird variation in effects of thyroid drugs, made by differnt companys, I must soon try differnt brands of prednisolone, assuming there are other rand/manafacturer makes licenced in the UK (nly one manafacturer is licenced for hydrocortisone in the uk; and theire' drugs are rubbish...) Just hope all these bone pains I seem to be getting, arn't the early signs of bone necrosis caused by the prednisolone

Err on the side of caution.
Balance bars, non-slip mats in the bath?

I don't have either of those in the bathroom actually... I'm always so sure fotted.... well always have been so sure footed... I bathed in the end, felt too light headed to want to stnd in the shower....
Bath was really relaxing, with a ton of smelly bubbly fancy stuff in it but by the time I had been in there a while, i lost the energy to finish err... shaving some parts of myself, so I just left my legs for today and once I'd gotten out... I basically just collapsed on the bed for a while, before I had strength again to get up and dry mys hair etc... ,blush> - I wasn't this weak during the bluddy chemo last year... and my legs are getting so sollen from the oedema now I can bareully pull the knickers up as th e 'leg holes' are suddenly so tight - I've already had to give up wearing a few tops.blouses I got in the past three weeks, as my arms have suddenly increased in size so much from the oedema
