2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

smiley - evilgrinsmiley - zen

slept all yesterday afternoon until 7.30. had dinner, adn then W reminded me we were out last night, to meet some people we've met online through a ... LGBT sort of online local group thing. By that time in the evening my drugs had worn off, so I felt fine, as good as I do first thing when I wake up. smiley - alienfrown

So we went out to that smiley - magic really good evening, just chatting in the pub, which is a pub I don't think I've eer been in before, so was a nice change smiley - magicsmiley - ale

Home quite late, and so to bed quite late.

I coudln't sleep. heart palpitations etc, so got up at 3 AM and moved into the spare room.
Eventually feel asleep to wake up at about 7, and then got out of bed about 8 (no point getting over early up, as it messes up drug timings).

Felt fine. no cramps, no muscle weakness, or pains, or spasms, and no brain fog etc.

took levothyroxin, and started feeling brain foggy a while after that.

Eggs for breakfast, to allow me to take the steroids, and so took them, and immediately felt dredful. leg and other muscle spasms, more heart palpitations, cramps, muscle weakness, cognitive changes, mood changed, fatigue and tiredness and brain fog,

Went back to bed. but heart palpiatations, and othe muscle stuff prevented me from sleeping.

Some effects wearing off a bit now, but still can't feel my body, and muscles heart..... can't actually notice the heart palpitations now... so maybe they've stoped for a while.

Had fish fingers, with peas and chips for lunch (just for soemthing completely differnt) smiley - fishsmiley - magic

Not been able to eave the house yet. feel too faint, and just not sure my legs would work to walk anywhere. smiley - sadfacesmiley - ill third day of the meal I cooked, tonight for dinner.... its wild rice, with beans (kidney), veg (onion muschrooms, chilis garlic etc), and some sausage in it too and lots of tomatos smiley - tomato think we'll need to add something to it tonight though, to get two portions... maybe some more beans...smiley - zensmiley - chef

Was spotted as soon as we arrived at the event/meet last night... - I'd told them 'I'm in the leopard print'... which I was.... - mid-calf length full dress in leopard print, and leopard print leggings.... - Still need to source a leopard print handbag, boots and jacket smiley - zensmiley - evilgrin so I was in the brown leather boots, with the brown handbag and jacket also of leather smiley - zen

Baron Grim

For a very brief moment I thought "fish fingers" was a symptom, possibly edema related.

leopard print hat! so gona have to et me one of those smiley - magicsmiley - cool

ahh. the fish fingers could easily be a oedema reference ATM; my arms in particular the last few days have hugely got oedema in them.... - half my blouses/tops won't fit now smiley - wah Just wish there was some way to reduce the oedema but there doesnt' appear to be (I got the impression I can't take diuretics as they just play about with the kidneys and as my sodium/potasium is messed up due to the meds, and to the hormone stuff, it'd be really bad for me to do that, and just further dehydrate my blood, rather than getting any fluid out of the tissues damnit...) smiley - headhurts

smiley - weird fairly decent day today, wasn't completely broken by morning medications, so actually made it outside for first time in days, during the daytime, and walked with W into town, visted Lush for supplys, and the bank, but by the time we'd done that walking was increasingly difficult (still no idea why my legs are now failing,) smiley - erm so missed the supermarket on the way home, and just came straight back and collapsed. slept most of the afternoon. smiley - zzz now feeling relatively awake and non muscle brokenness so will shower I think smiley - zen Have GP appointment wednesday so will see then just how wrecked my heart is from the medication + oedema... smiley - sadface Haven't heard anything yet from endocrinology, had assumed they might want me in for tests, given the totally insane blood result just before my last testosterone injection smiley - sighsmiley - weird Now have the differnt brand/make of levothyroxin tablets to try, but only the 25 McG, not the 50 McG tablets yet smiley - alienfrown so shall simply up my dose to 75 McG tomorrow, with them added to the 50 McG, see what effect that has, then drop the old brand of 50 McG for the new one, when they arrive at the pharmacy I think thats the logical way to do it, at the moment... I'm realy not an endocrine Dr specialist, so its my best guess smiley - laughsmiley - scientist
