2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

The leopard print leggings that is smiley - evilgrinsmiley - drool two pairs. arrived today. perfect fit smiley - diva proper leopard print too smiley - biggrin I might wear them, with my little dress with the butterflys and leaves on it, when I got to the Drs later today. have booked in to see the nice/good GP later on today, to discuss .... things. namely drug side effects, and hospitals unwillingness to examine or treat me, or offer any advice on said. plus to ask Dr here, if its possible to switch to differnt brands of the meds, in case there is any allergy type thinggy going on.

I did some research smiley - scientist pretty much all the meds I've ever had contain lactose and maze starch, and magnesium sterate (I think it is), and unfortunately I was hoping to see an ovvious differnce between occipitants in the new drugs I'm on, compaired to say the melatonin, that I had been on, fine for years... - of course guess I could have developed a intollerance to something de novo.... Wondering if it may even be worth trying to beg compound versions of all my meds, the prednisolone and levothyroxin anyhow as I've stopped taking melatonin some time back....

Might wear the leopard print leggins to the surgary.... or maybe not actually... might be easier if I didn't have leggings on, just in case someone actually wants to examine the oedema or anything on my legs and ankles and feet or my arms of course... hopeully she'll be able to actual do some investigation on the heart palpitations, it is slightly worrying sometimes, sitting in hospital, having heart palpitations, feeling light headed, breating heavily and sweating.... yeh, does kinda remind me of something... I just can't think what smiley - tongueincheeksmiley - dohsmiley - shrug Feeling a little betrr today I think, and also by last evening; probably trhe testosterone starting to work into the system a bit after the injection Monday... smiley - grovel

Just went to surgery. had ECG. got my flu jab whilst there (so have canceled app for it on Saturday). W had his flu jab too.

enlarged heart. smiley - bleep good job the hospital kept ignoring my my heart palpitations. Was OK to go home, but will obviously find out more next week when I see GP again. smiley - sigh

had taken levothyroxin on waking, as one is bound to do, but didn't take prednisolone before going out to surgery as it was a little early, was so nice, walking outside without the prednisolone insde my brain; I had spatial awarness and could sense my body and everthing. smiley - sigh breakfast soon, then the prednisolone, and my fun task for the day.... figuring out how to ..... into a tiny specamin jar smiley - laugh I'm just one long medical adventure thesedays... smiley - snork

put a load of laundry in to wash early, so that is something to sort out later on once its washed.

Hopefully off to mobile phone shop later, both W and I are looking at new phones, as ours are somewhat ancient smiley - seniorsmiley - alesmiley - stiffdrink

This thread inspired me to write the following in another thread called "Nonsense verse; or the silliness of the iambs":

I improvised.... and didn't get too dirty in the process... an dmore importantly, didn't make any mess in the bathroom whilst doing so smiley - zen

Today's been horrible smiley - sadface though I'm gradulaly coming out of the drug induced stuport now smiley - zen going to relax and do some cooking soon, for dinner, whilst W is having a nap (I got up, took drugs, and felt so ill I went back to bed for the rest of the day) smiley - sadfacesmiley - zen a new pink pinny/apron arrived though today for wearing when I'm cooking (already have a purple one that is identicle design, but wanted a spare so can exchange them over, whilst one is being laundered). smiley - diva

Also... today.... £50 of perfumes arrived smiley - drool wild jasmine, jasmine body spray too, White musc/wild rose au de perfume too, and English Rose shower gel/body wash smiley - diva so hopefing I'll wake up more from here on in today, as I have thus far, and maybe even make it out this evening smiley - ale - didn't think I'd be sayign that now; I coudl barely walk this morning. smiley - weirdThe drugs are slowely ... or not that slowely killing me... it appears smiley - weird

Went out, and had a throughterly nice time (helped along by four pints of beer, mind, I don't often drink as much as Used too now, so four is useually about it for me smiley - zensmiley - ale ) chatted to a couple of really nice people, one new person we'd not seen there before, and also one of our regular people we know ther,e an authoress to whom we were talking about Manchester, as she's off there to promote her new book smiley - book
Legs working fine, and head clear.
As indeed they were this morning, very much so, first thing, after a very good nights sleep smiley - alesmiley - zzz
and smiley - drumroll
Second day on a row with no diarrhea ... smiley - blush two days smiley - wow not done that in over a year and a half; seems the reaction I have is to the brand of the 25 McG levothyroxin tablets, but not the 50 McG, so I've been on 50 McG past two days, and will continue with that I think; maybe then start alternating 50 and 100 McG days, to average me bck to the 75 McG a day I'm 'ment' to be on smiley - zen bit early to be sure, as its only two days, but I'll carry on on the 50 McG for the next few days and see. heck I may even phone endocrinology to tell them, so they k,now, and can put in their nothingness of wisdom if they so don't wish too. shall get 'stool sample' results next week anyhow, just in case there is anything else going on (chemo can be a bit nasty on the guts, but over a year after it, I doubt that should be doing anything bad still/should have recovered)... smiley - zen

felt effect of levo on taking it; brain fog begings returning. and then on taking steroids brain fog starting to hit a lot more, and spatial awareness fading smiley - doh which is kinda odd as everything gets wobbly and distant and out of focus and vanishes into less real than the normal level of not real smiley - huhsmiley - weird can just bout still feel my legs I think... hoping I can make it out, today during the day, as we want to go to the international supermarket for a few things, and then also maybe to the Indian supermarket too for some more spices/herbs smiley - zen sense of tast e still very not working smiley - wah

Oh, and one of the mad girls at the pub, the specialist dental nurse is now on a mission for me.... to find leopard print boots with a 3" or 4" heel for me, in size 9.5 or 10 smiley - laugh I like her... she's so totally bonkers smiley - laugh
