2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

smiley - alienfrown I was gona theme them this year, and write something like right proper. but. I got distracted. so easily distracted thesedays. although, perhaps as it was always as it is now, as is as it is no differnt to as it was. or... maybe not. see? smiley - zensmiley - erm

Hmm.

Tis Sunday today, a day I useually do housework on, so, I'm doing housework.

Bedding in, washed already, now in dryer, smiley - zen

matress airing before turning smiley - zen

kitchen roughly cleaned.

Had fruit and yoghurt for breckfast, after morning hydrocortisone.

drank pot of coffee.

took antibiotic at 11, then started on lunch as nausea set in, which was done by about midday, and so then stopped feeling nauseous from the antibiotic smiley - zen

had two eggs, for lunch, one duck egg, and one hen egg. and for slices of wholemeal bread, to form two sandwiches. smiley - zensmiley - cdouble

forgot to take 1 PM half hydrocortisone, so just took that now, and then, of course, now I'm not entirely sure I had forgot to take it, so I may have taken two smiley - shrug My memory is so rubbish now, I think, or maybe it isn't... no, I really think it probably is. probably smiley - laughsmiley - shrug

did some stretching on my arms... mainly on the left, but doing the rigth too, mainly to test how close to 'normal' the movement is now, on the left arm.

pretty close actually to normal range of movements, just very painful to do so, and really stiff.... smiley - bruisedsmiley - weird

if lodger goes out I'll do more housework later, and again Ill hoove rleft handed, as that is a good stretching exercise I think for the arm smiley - zen - I'm getting more anbidexterous since the chmo, I think because I've got the neuropathy worse on teh right side, the left side, which was traditionally my weak arm, now has somewhat better sensation than the right smiley - huh for some tasks anyhow; buttons I do pretty-much just left handed now as its quicker and easier smiley - weird

Just about convinced W to let me wear a dres in public smiley - whistlesmiley - diva well... I did kinda sneakily sort of do so a few times, kind of smiley - whistlesmiley - divasmiley - handcuffssmiley - pandasmiley - handbag

Saw a gorgeous pair of pruple heels in the charity shop, yesterday... so purple and ... probably way too high heels for me smiley - laugh but... was so tempted... in the end I didn't buy them... but, if they're still there tomorrow, I may ... have to at least try them on.. and... well... they're only like £5 smiley - blush

Coffee pot finished ages back, so starting on tea now, Indian tea, as its early in the day still smiley - zensmiley - tea

Must go check on the laundry next, smiley - zensmiley - divasmiley - handbag

xExausted... having a cup of tea, then going to sweep, clean bathroom, then hoover, and if I've energy left, mop after that... smiley - puffsmiley - flustered
Arm so hurty smiley - grr damnit smiley - wahsmiley - grr

and now I'm discussing cross dressing on a lymphoma/cancer forum smiley - laugh ouch... housework done smiley - puff utterly exausted, got round to mopping upstairs, cleaning bathroom, hoovering down here, but I think the hoovering may have gotten a bit, rubbish, my shoulders were hurting too much by then smiley - laughsmiley - zen about to slice up a chicken breast into thin strips (a neat trick if you can do it, with neuropathy!) and throw that in with some sessamae oil, noodles, and half a pack of stir fry veggies smiley - zen then after I've washed up and finished cleaning in kitche, I'm goign to disappear into a very* very* hot bath full of bath bombs, bath melts, and extra coconut smiley - zensmiley - drool my back/shoulders/arm so need that now smiley - laughsmiley - injuredsmiley - bruised

The seriously hot... and seriously long (nearly two hours), bath worked wonders on the shoulder/arm (as porobably too does the actual doing stuff like housework with it, and moving it about lots...) smiley - zen Just gona take time to get it back to moving fully proper I thinks - still hoping the yoga and suchlike will kick off soon, though probably not until the new year now smiley - zensmiley - puff so for now the houseworkacise has to go do smiley - zensmiley - laugh - I've a fe w stretchy type exercise thinggies I'm ment to do, but they seem less good than throwing the mop, long handled brush/broom, or, of course hoover about the place smiley - laugh well, once I start with houseork I'm gona continue doing it, no matter how much my various broken bits hurt, until its finished, unlike the stretchy exercise thinggies, when I'm just lost as to how long I@m ment to do them for, or how far, to what extent of pain I'm ment to stretch each time smiley - laughsmiley - zensmiley - magic
