assuming the smiley - doctor I see tomorrow, in endocrinology hasn't got other plans for me smiley - yikes - rahter hoping he'll script me some drugs, to stop the hot flushes and so the hliday won't be quite sweaty as things recently have been smiley - yuksmiley - laugh

if all goes to plan, I'm heading off to my Dads, thursday, and coming back probably Monday.
Not seen my Dad since he came down, just after I had the fit/seizure, and not seen my step mum and other peoples for ages either, probalby not since december (though I can't recall seeing them then, as I lost memory of that period of time) smiley - erm

also, if all goes to plan, oughta meet up with at least one old friend whilst there smiley - alesmiley - alesmiley - alesmiley - stoutsmiley - drunksmiley - cdouble

and, perhaps as... if not more importantly, get to se ethe family smiley - dogsmiley - loveblushsmiley - dogsmiley - blushsmiley - laugh

Dinner time soon.
leftovers from last night, and some pork chops in the fridge, which I'll grill...

I made pasta in a cheese and garlic sauce, last night, with onions and mushrooms, and ... lost of cheese smiley - drool for William and I; made way way too much, so I'l have to try eat the remains myself tonight along with the pork chops I bought yesterday as they were on special offer (I.E., therey're probably out of date now...) smiley - laugh

But.

first, I've gotta drink another cup of camomile tea, and then do a sneaky thing... smiley - evilgrin 0-----

looking in the box of Lush, inside my cupbard of Lush, I see there are two gorgeous bath bombs, but only one of the fabulus bath melts.... - so I'm cutting the melt in half, and gona thereby be able to have half of it, with each of the two remaining bath bombs... - I'll be in dire need of a trip to Lush as soon as I return back from my summer holidays; luckily I've got the shower smoothy, and showergel to take with me, plus, of course, the solid sunblock stuff, which works so well and doesn't make me feel all sticky like the horrible tubes of suncream do smiley - yuk (never used sunblock/cream in my life, as I aboid being out in the sun; but now I've gotta be careful as the bleocin can react with sunlight and increases hugely apparently the risk of skin cancer and, I've just about come to th econflusion, on balance, that, really, afterall, cancer is probably something best avoided ... smiley - winkeyesmiley - silly ) smiley - zen

Right. must go drink this tea, then do the fiddly cutting a bath melt in half thing, and tieing each half into a hessian sheet smiley - zensmiley - geeksmiley - diva

Think I'll wear the new gorgeous jacket I bought, to go on holiday with... its a good fit for me... difficult as I've such broad shoulders, but seemingly a size 24 is about right, for that anyhow smiley - blush It'll look so cute with some of my new blouses.... Hmmm.... I'm not sure my 'hometown' is prepared for the 'new 2legs smiley - laugh

I've a hard time getting over that you've left your regimen of black shirts, black jeans, and all that.
But I am sort of eager to see colourful blouses and that. Bet you will start wearing ladies shoes soon too... smiley - rainbow

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

I'm still pretty much stuck on the black jeans, and black leather boots... smiley - laugh - I was forced to give up the black shirts thing, years back, really... they just got so impossibly hard to get hold of ones I liked.. - I've still half a dozen now very old black short sleeved linein shirts (think I've worn them to a fair few meets of course, over the years) smiley - laugh

Mind, I do now have a green pair of trousers too smiley - blush and some.... rather rediculus shorts... plus a pair of purple/pink rediculus shorts... - all of course worn still with either lace up tall black leather army style boots, or my zip up short ankle length boots smiley - laugh - footware is a nightmare... can't find anything I like round here smiley - wahsmiley - crysmiley - blush

Of course... I'm not entirely sure how colourful I'm getting.... W's picking out of the stuff for me I'm buying smiley - laugh the new blouse was ... a light blue I think, the new jacket I think green, and the linen long shirt/blouse (I think its actually also a very light jacket really, but works fab as a blouse), is green too I think smiley - blush and then there's the pink cotton blouse, with the 3/4 sleeves, (I love 3/4 sleeves, quite why mens clothes don't have em... no idea)... then I've a couple of ... either frily or sequined tops, purple I think smiley - biggrinsmiley - diva

William seems very rluctant to let me buy any dreses or skirts though... I'm not sure why smiley - evilgrinsmiley - divasmiley - handbag mind, I'd definatly need a decent pair of shoes, were I to wear a skirt or dress, out, I don't think army boots is quite my style... smiley - laughsmiley - handbag

I've never seen the point of 3/4 sleeves--I'm always trying to tug them down to my wristssmiley - laugh I'm fine with any length from sleeveless to elbow-length, but if it goes past the elbow, it just doesn't feel right to me until it hits my wristsmiley - shrug

smiley - laugh well.. .they just feel right on me... dunno... differnces in arm lengths, or much I'm taking up more matterial over my shoulders, so the sleeves are shorter... or... dunno... I just like them at 3/4 length, kinda feels right in a way often short sleeved male shirts don't, and without the hastle of rolling up longsleeved shirt sleeves smiley - zensmiley - weird Oh, I think I got some of the colours wrong earlier... smiley - doh the linen one which I wear as a shirt, but may be a very light jacket type thing, is the green one, the new blouse I got is the sky blue or torquoise one, and the new jacekt I got which is a jacekt, is a sort of red smiley - biggrin err... burgendee I think W said it was smiley - laugh then the pink and purple blouses, of course... I'm gona have to be careful for colour coordination if my wardrobe continues with such bright colourful insanity smiley - biggrin - mind, they'll always match, no matter what colour they are, the 69 foot, and 23 individual, differnt coloured, ribbons, in my hair; once I've got enough hair again, to regularly start wearing my silver bangle thinggy that I attahce dthem all too, on a hair band smiley - biggrin

yeh.

people used* to think I was.... nonnormal....

to... use a slightly stolen phrase...

They ain't seen nothing yet smiley - evilgrinsmiley - musicalnote

Hmm.... I wonder if my Dad will notice anything differnt about me, when I turn up there, on Thrusday..... just hope someones in when I arrive... I've never been trusted with a front door key, though my younger brother has one smiley - laughsmiley - evilgrinsmiley - handcuffssmiley - ale

If I have long sleeves, I always push them up to 3/4. Can't stand stuff dangling around the wrists. Same with watches and bracelets - I try, but they soon come off. Hm. Never thought of it - it's a real sensitivity issue for me! So, 3/4 is great!

Bracelets, handcuffs, wristwatches, I'm basically fine with; so long as they're decently tight (I almoways have to get two or three links taken out of watch straps as I've tiny wrists smiley - blush ) -- but, sleeves danging dangling about, in that same sort of area... just drive me mad! - been the same since I was in my early teens, always wore long sleeved shirts, wtih the sleeves rolled up smiley - laughsmiley - alienfrown

oddly. I never liked tee shirts, so never really wore them, even when young - I know, I know, I know, -= I still am young yung; actually, even today, William commented that I look more like a 16 year old than a 17 year old.

err.

17 being, of course, the age that I profess to be.... and, damnit, the age I am!--

"young and sweet only 17...." -- I am the dancing queen, damnit! smiley - discosmiley - diva

Hmm. talking of which smiley - laugh

William's now ironing some of my blouses for me smiley - diva and we're disccussing colour coordinating my wardrobe ; this was so not a consideration in days of simple, when all was black full stop smiley - laugh - wearing my green trousers today.. I like them... strictly speaking they're male trousers, but, they're nice as they're more 'fitted' and actually don't sag hopelessly over my posterior smiley - blush - I'm genetically destined to never have any bottom smiley - crysmiley - blushsmiley - laugh

holy BoB... I'm turning fashion conscious or something?! smiley - laughsmiley - laughsmiley - snork
