Went shopping for Cigarettes yesterday... and Saturday evening a quite drunk lady was being a bit over.... err whatever the word is... ; Not that I minded of course, but I was talking to her husband at the time

He might get the hint your up for it, if instead of cigarettes, you asked if you could have a nice big fat cigar...okay the corner shop won't sell them, but he'll get the hint. And after you've asked for the cigar you might wear a soppy grin on your face, and stick your tongue out and waggle it.
