Now those who may have kep up to date on matters as regards my doorbell.
Would have noticed that some time ago I got someone knocking on my door asking for number 16.
Then I had someone knocking on my door asking for Brian, (I directed them to number 16 on impulse)
Now today, the third weird door bell incident occured.
I answered the door, to be confronted by a guy talking fast about how he's just been to the guitar shop... And how he's parked his car at the back.... and how he was told by someone that I have the key to unlock the chain at the back, and that I am the person who keeps locking it up... now. I do not have, nor have I ever had a key of this nature.
Also, I have never had and have no intention of ever goign to the back of the flats where the car park thinggy is.
I do not have a car.
So? what? why? who? how? So I thought about this a while, and responded that I did not have or know anything of the key.
I then asked him if his name was Brian.
He wasn't brian.
So I suggested, that he should go to number 16 and ask Brian.

lol!!! I actually laughed out loud a bit! That's too funny!

I wish I cuold do that to all the annoying people at work. I'm the building contact for all the tenants and I keep getting people from the second floor complaing about the temperature. First is was too hot... THe building manager had to wait until May long to shut down the boilers and turn on the air... So then it was too cold, too cold... There was a problem that they had to work out and it got too hot, too hot... Now the temp out side has dropped and it's too cold, too cold... One lady even said the fans in her vent were too loud!

And then there is the lottery issues...

"I ordered my ticket last week but I still don't have it. Am I missing all the draws?"

"No sir. As soon as you place your order, we process the information and get your stub into the draws right away. It just takes a little longer to get your portion of the ticket out to you in the mail."

"But how can I win if I don't have my ticket?"

"You're still in all the draws b/c we have your information here. It just takes more time for you to get your part b/c we have volunteers helps us stuff envelopes and then it goes through Canada post. It can take up to two weeks for you to get your ticket in the mail, although we definitly have your informaion here and your stub in the draw drum."

"But how does that work?"

*sigh of frustration* "Canda post just takes longer. You're in the draws."

"Well, I don't see a Hummer parked in front of my house yet!" *laugh*

*sigh of relef* "We haven't done that draw yet!"

"Ok. Thanks for explaining that..."

"Yup. No problem..."

No. 16's Brian must be finally getting all these people who he missed before. Also, the interconecctedness of all things is getting a thougher workout!

Now all we need is Brians cat to decide to go into a box in Number 16 and dissapear.

How 'bout Schroedinger's instead.

Rmember.... I have no idea where number 16 is, or weather or not Brian lives there or not... I just interconnected all these spurious rings of my doorbell I think Schroedinger lives at number 22

So Brian lives at number 22? is that what your trying to say? so what does the person whoever he is who is at number 16 think of all these people who kep arriving on his doorstep? asking for Brian? for the cat? for the key?
