Well the most obvious things I can see are, try to keep your lines as smooth as you can, with this kind of style you're going for the smoother the lines the easier it comes across. Also, I would say in my personal opinion, the way you've done the hair does sit so easily with the style of the drawing. I would do it in sections, but I could be misinterpretating what you're trying to do. Also, in a way to me you've made the body a bit thick for the character, try to visualise the skeleton would be and I think you might so what I mean. The muscles on his arm should probably be a little longer at the top, so the lines should come in a little further down. In a way you have a strength for drawing characters, which I dont always have. The expression is great and your detail is good. Its a great drawing, all it needs is some smoothing out and adjusting to bring it to life. Hmm *looks at this long post* Forgive me I did help as an art teacher for a while, and my friend is one still *grins*
