Its deadly scilent/quiet on here, ain't it?! 
- so much so I rarely pop in every month, let alone every day... 
so, basically, I've no idea 'where its at', as I'm not 'at' it wherever it might be 
Me, I've been really ill, followed by more ill, and with various other bits of ill thrown in.... (cancer, stroke, fractured spine, hormone failures), but, most of that was OK, and so just took time 
since which I've become a gym addict... and got married 
So, what brings you back after such a long absence?!
