h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

With the Blades not kicking off until 5:15pm, I'm spoilt for choice if I want to listen on the web radio thingy to some 3pm games. I could have:

Fulham v Liverpool - Are Fulham really as rattled as folk think they are? Will Liverpool field a weakened team in preparation for their Champions League final and because they're safe for next year's competition?

West Ham v Bolton - Will the Happy Hammers final push to avoid the drop continue for yet another week? How will the change of manager in the last week affect the Bolton team in their attempt to land a UEFA Cup spot?

Wigan v Middlesboro - Surely an easy target for Wigan against a team of mid-table mediocrity with nothing left to play for this season. A positive Wigan result would be the one that I would fear the most.

Or finally, Wrexham v Boston - A bottom of the bottom league uber-crunch match. The winner stays in the Football League, the loser is cast out into the out darkness of the Conference.

Decisions, decisions...

I know first saturday In ages I'm not taking in a game in person. Ho hum what shall I do.

I've settled on West Ham v Bolton (the Bolton feed as there is no West Ham feed available). I started with the Wrexham match, but the reception was terrible and made it really hard to follow what's going on.

I'm watching skysports update to keep an eye on who might be playing us next season.

Oh, I've just realised that there is a West Ham, or at least neutralish, feed available on Five Live. Time to switch

Which could make things interesting italian style if relegation is decided in the high court!!!!

Oh fer fucksakes! The web radio thing has collapsed and I can't access the Villa Blades commentary. Radio Five Live say that they are going to run a commentary, but they are currently farting around with a 'round the clubs' set of interviews, yet the Blades match is on RIGHT NOW
