Well, I just done a night shift, my first for at least 8 months, maybe more.

And I'm buzzeyed.

I had some brekky an hour ago, letting it settle. Now I'm off to bed for some kip. If I can.

And I get to do another one tonight!

Thing is, I'm the only one there, and there's absolutely nothing to do. The first few hours are fine, I do a bit of reading, play some DS, watch some telly. Then it gets difficult.

That is something I've never done - night shifts. I've done early morning ones where I went in at 5 am.

Consider it fodder for the mill.

Don't you work at the museum? Why is a night shift necessary?

Security me dear. Plus I have to keep the resident ghosts happy. We play old maid most nights.

The bugger is the computer's have firewall restrictions, so I can't go on hootoo at work

I'll be off soon. Start at 10, but have to catch an earlier bus. Got Scooby Doo Ghost Hunt for the DS tonight, made sure I packed my Scooby Snacks.

Ah. I wondered if it was security! I hate work firewalls.

Although mine does allow access to hootoo.
