I just thought i'd be pedantic and point out that Mean only had one arm removed by the doctor that Pa kidnapped. He lost the other one when he was killed by Dredd in the original judge child storyline.
He was brought back to life by owen chrysler minus the limb.
Also you didn't mention Fink Angel, the one who lives in a hole and brews up his killin' possin and his parylisin possin and lives with a mutant rat.
