The disclaimer in Brunel for non-edited entries says
<< Unlike Edited Guide Entries, the content on this page has not necessarily been checked by a BBC editor. If you feel this page could be improved, why not join the community and edit the page or start a conversation?>>
Has this disclaimer been changed recently as I don't remember it saying that but I may be remembering the Albaster and Classic disclaimers which don't say the above.
The first sentence is a very good idea as although the difference between edited and non-edited is now clear to me, it is one of the things I remember clearly from a decade ago when I was new. I thought "but they are all edited aren't they?" , it says right there "edited by".
The second sentence doesn't seem quite right. Someone other than the author (and mods and staff) can't edit the non-edited pages can they? Or is this some new horrid plan I have missed the announcements about.

It's a fair point. On an Edited Entry, there are two boxes giving credit. One says "Written and Researched By", the other says "Edited By", and gives the name of whoever sub-edited it.
On any non-edited Entry it just gives the "Edited By" box, and lists the author there. It would be more easily understood if it said "written by".
Since there's a redesign of the site pending, though, it's probably not worth changing anything in the current skins.

Hi all. It's a very good point regarding the 'Edited by' field in Unedited Guide Entries - so we'll make a note of that.
As mentioned above, plans for the redesign are afoot so skin-specific concerns will be added to the list of things we'll have to address.
We've not knowingly changed the disclaimer on the brunel pages, though, so we'll investigate that.
Cheers
