I have been trying to delete an item from my journal - But I just keep getting the answer that 'I cannot delete another persons entry'. But it is my entry ! Why can't I delete it ?

Hmm. Every time I click on your name to go to your page and have a look, it tells me an unknown error has occured.

is it an error that can be fixed ?

Well, I can't see why you wouldn't be able to delete that. Are you perssing the delete button and nothing is happening? If yes, you'll have to wait for the eds to help out.

Hi, you can't actually delete a journal, you can remove it from your personal space. However, if anyone has posted to the journal or is 'subbed' to your space/journals then it would still be visible to them.
In Brunel skin, click on 'Remove this Journal Entry From Your Space' under the reply line at the bottom of the journal you want to remove.

Sorry, I thought you could delete them! Shows how much I use my journal, I suppose.

this is not true

a pal o mine recently deleted some of his journal entries
and they disappeared out of my conversation list

Journals I've removed are still showing in friends spaces, all be it well down their lists if they're no longer 'active'. You must have unsubbed from the journals if they're not showing in your convo listing or they're way down the list.

It still won't delete. Don't want to keep posting things to journal if I can't delete some of what's there.
