Hi I would like anyones advise i'm worried if i have done enough training for the london marathon i know its too late now ,but nerves have taken over all ready . since december i have only run 3 times a week building longer runs to a few 11 miles 13,14,15,longest four weeks ago was an 18 then back to a 13 and now i have had to slow down due to leg problems. Talking to other people they seem to have done double to me i have been doing an average of 21miles aweek for 14 weeks. From Team Eddie.
