We had a bit of a rush of announcements last week, and as this survey won't appear for everyone, and is only open to UK members, it didn't seem worth it.

Jims, why does the BBC decide to do these surveys? Is it something that happens to different parts of the BBC, or just to the DNA boards/communities, or just to h2g2? Are 'they' worried about the popularity/usefulness of h2g2?
