In some of the boxes for entering text, there is the effect of 'insert', so when you spot a missed letter before clicking Send or whatever, you can go back with the mouse and enter it, shunting the whole lot forward after the new letter. This is fine.
But, in some, specifically when altering my home page, it is on 'overtype' so if you position the caret before a letter and press a different letter, the first letter is replaced. This is incredibly annoying if you accidentally didn't press a certain letter and need to go back to add it.
Please can this be corrected: h2g2 is going to be great!
