Hi JWF,
Well, here I am! I've posted the first part of my new story called Mawhini. Would love some feedback from you....
Hope everything is good with you!

Today it's sunny, the winds have died down and temperatures are marginally above freezing for a few hours. And there will actually be more than 12 hours of daylight too! So yes, I'm feeling a little better. I'd even thought about writing to you as soon as I had more to say than just grumping about the longest coldest deepest winter we've had in decades.
I'll have a look round your space for your story tomorrow. My time is just about up today.
Good to hear from you Hope all is (and are) weel.
peace

For me it’s the other way round. - 30 degrees and climbing! It only rained on three occasions this winter. So it looks as if it will be a very long, hot summer. The Grand Prix is on soon – though I don’t think we will be going this year.
I know I’ve only posted part of my story – but it would be good to get some feedback on style, content etc. I kind of miss my support group in the UK. And I have worked hard to develop the plot.
And less is more! I hope you will be able to see that I’ve learned that lesson! I actually think it reads more like something you would read in a novel. Maybe it’s a run up to one. And of course, I know where I intend to take the story…..
I hope you enjoy what you read. And I look forward to your comments.
Glad you’re feeling sunnier!

I've been to your homepage and read the entry and commented there in my usual patronisingly cruel-to-be-kind way.

PS: It's snowing again with 10-15 cm predicted overnight.
Key: Complain about this post
