I only wanted to see those new smilies.

Apparently people have very different eyes. I've seen many people complaining that goo is bad for their eyes. I find the others hurting my eyes and goo is easy, nice and soft. Not to mention that it's *the* skin.

Anyway, new smilies are great. to everyone involved in the creation process. I hope the engineers will solve the goo issue. Alabaster and brunel give me creeps - I just get lost. I had to look for the journal entry button for few minutes. Not that it was hidden in anyway. It was just in a completely different place. I feel too old and conservative to learn the new ways.

Does this mean we can only see the new smilies in Alabaster?

No, brunel works fine, too. Not that it is much of a help. Brunel doesn't even have frames.

I just don't like it. I've been here 9 years next month and I'm getting more than a little at how Goo has been shoved aside.

The goo ones are made. Goo is just such an archaic system that the techs were having trouble putting the new smileys in!
