It's an old article and not the newest idea either but only since the recent tragedy in Finland it has reached Estonia.

mm.. yes .. Estonia isn't quite as .. wild .. as Finland in this respect, is it?
but the idea is good ..

Hati Posted Sep 26, 2008
It's pretty much as wild but we have completely different regulations on firearms.

I've got my mother's phone number stored on my mobile with the name 'Mummy', which ought to be easy to interpret. And, after all, that *is* what I call her...

Hmmm. I've got mine stored under "home", but in English, because it was shorter. Maybe I should change that

.. there's a small risk involved with all this ICE, Mummy, Home all require your friendly first aid staff, or police officer, knowing or recognising English text... I do wonder about that ... all police officers I spoke to in the last five years ... could speak ... mm ... definitely no language so exotic as English.. I wonder how many of them could use a mobile phone?
maybe I should stick to civilised countries from now on ?
(* note: "all" police officers I spoke to .. last time I spoke to a policeman was ... 2005? in Moscow? English? Mobile? *)

correct, I was not stopped in EEKland, not for speeding, not for abducting an EEKland citizen, not for .. anything at all .. maybe my life is just too boring

Palin as in Michael Palin?
he is not a killer!
In Case of Emergency
Hapi - Hippo #5 Posted Sep 27, 2008
well .. neither is Pierce really, but we hardly ever say that out loud he's got a reputation to think about
