Germany; World Heritage Sites

Titania (gone for lunch)

Hi all!smiley - smiley

I've challenged h2g2 to write entries on *all* World Heritage Sites, and I was wondering if there are any volunteers to write about the German sites?

I'm currently compiling a list over here: A2766666smiley - headhurts

Also, please let me know if I've missed an already existing edited entry

You can call me TC

So how do I find out what they are? And what are the numbers for? Why are some filled in halfway down the list, leaving gaps further up? I don't quite follow!

If you hover with your mouse over the numbers, you'll see the name of the site - not sure which browsers/computers this works in...smiley - erm

If there is an A-number, then that means that I've found an entry for that specific site, either edited (first column) or unedited (second column)

If you don't get any mouse-over text, then there's a link at the top of the page to the Unesco list of the sites - I've followed the same order as on that list, so if I have 'Greece' and '1' then it's the first site in Greece mentioned on the Unesco list
