... is what I will be for the next couple of weeks.

It's vacation time. I'm not going anywhere special, but since I won't be at work I won't be online every day. I'll still check in occasionally - inevitably all of the entries I have queued for the front page will be posted in the next twelve days.

Besides, I want to finish the entry I'm working on while the research is still fresh in my mind - the Arizona leg of 66. It's also spawned another entry (yet unwritten) that would be very helpful with the 66 project, one on the Harvey Houses.

While I'm out, if anyone's interested, I wouldn't mind some preliminary feedback on the 66 project. I haven't managed to sell it to a Sub yet, but I'm only an entry and a half away from having it done. A12489483

Since the eastern states entries were written awhile back (as far back as 2 years!) I'm thinking they're maybe not as detailed as the more recent entries. The page titled '66 notes' is going to need some heavy editing, too. I already have some notes gathered for that.

I'm off, folks! Enjoy!

I'm so relaxed I've dozed off in front of this computer at least twice tonight. It's a wonder I haven't landed in the floor.

Time for bed smiley - zzz

Happy researching Broe. I think there was a Harvey House in Newton, KS. I'll see if I can find out.
