I'm still pissed that Reagan killed the conversion to metric when I was in school.
I can mentally picture how long 51 cm is, but metric masses just don't have any referential frame for me without some math.

It's pretty normal for a boy at full term. (I don't know about girls because I never had any myself). My three were all around that, except the middle one who still looks like a 15-year-old at age 33.
A good, healthy, robust size.

I think of 30 centimeters as about 12 inches, so 50 would be 20 inches.
