And some amaerican's still don't understand why we are a bit wary of american politicians, radio show hosts, television preachers and other entertainers?
Sure, we have some strange people over here too, but that is beside the point

I think it's sad that they have to finish with an explanation of what the Hitler Youth was, because otherwise their readers wouldn't get it.

The gunman was a neo-nazi. Why would he open fire on youngsters in a so-called Hitler camp?
Someone needs to research their stories properly!

I don't believe any of them. Fox is Murdoch as is this:
http://dontbuythesun.co.uk/site/
Hillsborough according to the Sun.
We also got something called Talksport where they spend five minutes saying how bad it is for some disabled and the other six hours claiming the disabled are scroungers and taxes should be reduced for the rich.
Can you imagine how rough it is for millionaires having to live in tax havens, because they would have to pay 50p in the £ tax over £150,000 pa.
That reminds me

Wow!...
... Okay, I'll just contact the Daily Scum and see if they are interested in this story about a Douglas Adams inspired website, and the gossip that goes on in there

Beck speaks to the Knesset, Israels legislature:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHoaXgA99Mk
quote 1: I was a typical american schlob
quote 2: (In 2002) I thought you (the people in Israel) could only cook your food over a burning box
Says it all, really

is a simpost.
Actually, i heard that this guy used to run his own political youth camp, although perhaps he called it something else.

Are there any political parties or movements that *don't* have a youth wing? Most of the ones I can think of do. Typically these are made up of young adults from 16-30, or thereabouts, so it's not a case of indoctrination from birth or something. The majority of them would be of voting age already anyway.
I've heard these murmurs about "indoctrinating children" from a few places - it's ludicrous. It's perfectly natural for people coming of age as adults to want to inform themselves politically and be politically active if they're so inclined. Some people would call it responsible civic participation.

No country on Earth is perfect. No politician is perfect. No media figure is perfect. Have I covered it all?
Beck is said to have struggled with alcoholism. Some believe that he is bipolar, though I can't find substantiation for this. In any event, I hope that he will continue to abstain from drinking, as we have seen the ugliness that resulted when Mr. Gibson drank.
I have never heard or watched any of Mr. Beck's shows, nor do I plan to read anything he has written. The Knesset is probably capable of distinguishing between fact and fiction. They probably have the right to ask him not to come back for a repeat performance.

Nobody is perfect.
It's a question of how deep any imperfection goes.

That's true.
In a nutshell, I tend not to even think about Mr. Beck until he makes a fool of himself. Then I wonder why he feels such a deep compulsion to be a laughingstock. He seems to have some serious issues that haven't been attended to.

Most people would have filtered out those thoughts and said nothing, or rephrased them in socially responsible ways. Mr. Beck seems to lack this social sense, or he had it once and it got short-circuited. Whatever. As long as there are enough people who want to hear him (or can't avoid listening to him), he'll have an audience.
