I believe this mount will do. And oh good, they do have a few western saddles. I see someone has been polishing the saddle horns.

*Strolls through the stables. Pets the magnificent stallion she rode the day before. The stallion promptly grabs a chocolate-coated piece of paper out of her hand and eats it. Gives the horse an apple she got from the kitchen and goes for a stroll in the gardens*
