Been helping out my sister and family for the last 12 days.Brother-in-law has been in plaster for about 6 weeks after breaking an ankle and also acquiring a pacemaker at the same time.He's got another month before this cast is due to be reassessed. However in the middle of all this my sister got an infection of first her ankle and then her hand and her unable to walk far because of arthritis and a heart condition.Two OAPs being looked after by my severely clinically depressed nephew.
So I've been helping out as best I could.Lots of hot coffee,nagging to eat(she's a diabetic) and hopefully lending a listening ear.Seemed to pay off as she is now mending and is far more mobile than she was.
Now I'm home and feeling very weird.Like I don't fit. I keep feeling I should be doing something else.. Shiver!

Yes I'm not sure how to take the idea of a remake of The Lone Ranger..Too tied up in my childhood memories.
Anyway my sister appears to be getting better.She's managing to social network again on FB even if her typing is appalling.

Sadly my sister is now back in hospital with Pneumonia.I'm aghast as she was so much better when I left..I just hope they keep her in for longer than it takes for her to feel better and then discharge herself so they can at least get to the bottom of why she keeps getting so many infections..Seeing as she is a breast cancer survivor I'd have thought she warranted a far closer look and check over.

Well she's been home for about 5 days and seems to be much more cheerful and has finally gotten back to social networking online.She's still mostly bed bound because she has swollen feet now however they are slowly getting better.
Just wish we knew what's with all the repeat infections.
