Hi! Purplejenny suggested I have a look at this scheme, so I went over the various pages. It looks really interesting. I've edited my mom's doll club newsletter and short stories written by classmates in the past. I'm new to GuideML, but I've learned a few of the basics, and it doesn't seem so hard. I'm used to checking grammar and using reference materials, and I'm always happy to learn new things. I'd really like to see what we're all writing about. Can I join?
Thanks,
Nora

Hi Nora,
Thanks for your interest in Subbing - it's always great to see people volunteering for the Guide.
We've got a small (but perfectly formed) queue for volunteer Subs at the moment, but I'd be glad to add you to it and let you know when a vacancy comes up. We're steadily extending the size of the team, so it's probably only a matter of weeks or so.
