It’s a good entry GB.smiley - ok

I don’t know if you want to use it but I believe that there is a meteor shower associated with this constellation. It’s the Vulpeculids, occurring between 13 June to 7 July.

In the first data panel do you need ('fox'). with the header above it, it seems a bit unnecessary.

In the Asterism paragraph, Collinder 399 is almost universally known by its nickname ‘The Coathanger’. I think that that should take prominence in the paragraph and the ‘correct‘ names are secondary information.

Hope this helps
DK

A wee bit perhaps for your Popular Culture section. As featured regularly on the Chris Evans 'Drivetime' radio show around 6.00pm each evening, BBC Radio 2:

Song from The Court Jester
Starring Danny Kaye
Outfox the Fox
Composer : Sammy Cahn, Sylvia Fine

Only the sharpest eye, the keenest nose,
the quickest ear and fleetest toes
can ever outfox the fox!
They'll never outfox the fox!

Lovely Picture smiley - biggrin and the bar is great for navigational purposes as it is in alphabetical order. I've noticed a number of researchers doing similar entries on constellations et al so it appears its a collaboration with many star gazers. smiley - smiley

Have a look at A29617824 - that's got all the artwork on one page!smiley - biggrin

smiley - okyes, the project was started a long time ago but then abandoned - we've got a good system going now though. Thanks for letting me know about the bar, I'm adding to it each time a new constellation hits the FP. They have to be manually tweaked so are a Royal Pain in the bum but it's a labour of smiley - love

Your Guide Entry has just been picked from Peer Review by one of our Scouts, and is now heading off into the Editorial Process, which ends with publication in the Edited Guide. We've therefore moved this Review Conversation out of Peer Review and to the entry itself.

If you'd like to know what happens now, check out the page on 'What Happens after your Entry has been Recommended?' at EditedGuide-Process. We hope this explains everything.

Thanks for contributing to the Edited Guide!
