While using an extra sheet is a good idea, it is also advisable to be (reasonably) tidy and not to go throwing the stuff everywhere. Cleaning up after yourself is never fun. As for removing chocolate from things - simply let it set (some say use ice to speed this up) and scrape off the excess, then wash using biological powder at at least 30. It makes little difference what type of chocolate is stuck to the sheets - it all comes off with proper washing powder. (EG entry on Stain removal = A512281 )

I was thinking more that, since the guide is UK-based, there's no need to make it absolutely obvious where it's best to put the stuff. And I am aware of more than one 'place' - to be honest it's the females who claim there are only seven places who are narrow-minded...
