I had included points in there from an open paper released a year ago, but H2G2 thought I was copying. I had to reword the whole thing.

by the way, have you heard that microsoft is planing to make the next version of xp secure not by making the code well written, but by only letting you run software that has been microsoft approved.
so bye bye small software companies.
