i can't switch back to goo. i hate the albaster.

How are you going about it?

i'm in edit page, then i do preview skin, & click on goo. the it seems to change to goo. i then click change style, then finish. it goes back to alabaster. i have done the same steps without ckicking change style, and got the same response. i'm confused, because not understanding what was meant by "skin", i somehow changed it. now i can't change it back.

OK it is only showing the preview in the new skin. What you need to do is go to your homespace and then click 'preferences' - I think it is on the right hand side in Alabaster - this is where you changed your name from researcher Uxxxxxxx. It is here that you change your skin, then click update details, and hopefully it all should have changed

Sorry if this is a little rushed (it is almost hometime if you are having trouble with any of it then just say and I will do what I can to explain it better Until later.........

I got that working too Cres, thanks.
Now I'm not sure what one I like better. Goo for the cool look or Alabaster for ease of navigation.

I am true GOO, through and through hee - never use alabaster - all the links I need are in my intro, on my homespace, so no need for all the dinky bits of alabaster Until later.......
