I've included a link to a useful page on the USDA's jump from the Food Pyramid to My Plate that you could replace the broken link with if you're interested in updating your site. Thanks for providing a great resource!

That entry does not link to the missing food pyramid site. But I've found two other entries that do:

But both of these entries would require a certain of amount of rewriting, not just replacing the old link with the new. The first entry, which is about balanced diets, says quite a lot about the inadequacy of the food pyramid taught in US and UK schools. We can't just replace the link with one to an entry about how they no longer teach the food pyramid in American schools.

The Entries would need to be updated by someone who knew something about the subject.
