Questions posted to the feedback area are answered either by the h2g2 Gurus or by the in-house team (the Gurus are volunteer Researchers who help to answer the most frequently asked questions on h2g2). We read all comments, respond to the more difficult questions, make a note of good suggestions and administer the bugs database.

The Curators only respond to Feedback in the Editorial section. They've no business outside that, except as concerned citizens.

I do a little unofficial guruing from time to time. I've even written a couple of unofficial help pages. Concerned citizen: I like that title. I may adopt it.

Thing is I try to make it clear by whom a change can be done, where Curators are not even in the list.

GURUs are but we do not reply as often as Curators. "
