Who Will Respond?
Questions posted to the feedback area are answered either by the h2g2 Gurus or by the in-house team (the Gurus are volunteer Researchers who help to answer the most frequently asked questions on h2g2). We read all comments, respond to the more difficult questions, make a note of good suggestions and administer the bugs database.
Thanks for your input

The Curators only respond to Feedback in the Editorial section. They've no business outside that, except as concerned citizens.

I do a little unofficial guruing from time to time. I've even written a couple of unofficial help pages. Concerned citizen: I like that title. I may adopt it.

I'm not actually subscribed to any of the other Feedback forums, but I'd certainly answer any question I knew the answer to if I came across it.

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
