The UG page is in the UGeds control, if you find any other variations on your travels among the help pages, could you post them to U217987? We're guaranteed to see them there, I only caught this thread by chance.
Not being part of the EG, we did make an early decision not to insist on House Style or British English in the UG.
The 'hit the ground' is a reference to Douglas Adam's A5626, btw. And Footnote 2 should probably be 'if the UG-editors are awake, the In-house Editors are not too busy and Friday isn't a Bank Holiday .
