Does the use of Jamaican Patois come under the term foreign language and thus incur censorship, or is it's grounding in English and make it acceptable?

Hello Rt Rev Leslie,
We are an English-language site, and as such we ask all Researchers to write in English that can be understood by all. After all, if we can't understand it, we can't be sure it's okay to be published on h2g2.
While not a 100% guarantee, if you provide a translation for the material underneath, that could go some way to putting our minds at rest.
