Well, ok, so I missed the bus, or something. I failed to update my pre-BBCi account, and now the conversion page is dead. I know my researcher number, but that's about it. Oh and the email address, I think. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

A1325387 was supposed to be for SSO issues. Which conversion page is dead? It ought to be possible to update even a pre-BBC account. Some very old ones seem to have been revived since SSO. The most applicable email addresses would seem to be:
