I have two favourite types of Icecream mint and caramel. I like the Italian type, but you can get really lovely ones from a chocolate shop that is up and down the UK. I'd have to get the recipe book out to tell you an ice cream recipe. I enjoy them when I get hold of them and there fudge stick.

not too much 
for me though can't stand that flavour icecream its too rich
