Well i've MP3'd it and made about four copies of the tapes, did I read something about someone wanting the game up there, if you do and you promise not to tell anyone else you can supply me with an e-mail address and I will send it to you.

I don't want to insult your intelligence, so if you know this already ignore it, but the way to mp3 your copy of the guide is to get the tapes together get a suitable tape player and 3.5mm jack each end audio cable plug one end into your tape machines head phone socket and the other into your soundcard's line in socket, start a suitable audio recording package, check you've got enough free space and record it. then encode with your favourite Codec or Encoder.
