Titania (gone for lunch)

Hereby I claim the name Kyra for one of my novels to be. I've googled for it, and it doesn't seem to be widely used.

Which means I'm not expecting her to object to me using the name 'Kyra' in a novel.

Hmph, I've just learnt that Kyra is usually pronounced Keera, which isn't what I'm looking for, at all.

Kiyra is a bit redundant as a spelling, isn't it? the letter Y is effectively an IJ combination in itself.

Why not Kira to rhyme with Mira ("My-ra")

Then, if you want some music for inspiration, there is always Kira and the Kindred Spirits smiley - smiley (though that band no longer exists)

Here is Kira doing one of their songs acoustic, solo - with her ... very remarkable voice: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWI6Bxv0kAg

(she's since done an album with Billie Holliday songs - good one, too!)
