Well, first off, it's a Swedish campaign to make people recycle more when it comes to PET bottles and soda cans. 'Pant' is the money you get for recycling it, and 'panta' is the Swedish verb.
And yes, the expression and the refrain are, to some extent, a rip-off of Guantanamera.
Anyway, the organization responsible for the campaign announced a contest for versions by 'ordinary' people. There has been folklore and more, but here are the winners of the hiphop version (should be wievable to all since it's on youtube):

I just saw that on telly, and my son came by and said, oh, that's one of the teachers at my school, the O-hund one!
