I had actually seen it before, but it's worth watching again. I realise that I have changed, I stand taller now than ever before (at 160 cm, haha) and I feel pretty good about myself. And I do try to mind my posture, but mostly so that my back and neck won't hurt .
I used to make myself small, invisible, harmless, but very rarely these days I feel the same way.
Although, for me, it was probably feelings first and posture later, but I do believe that posture can change feelings.

I find that I use a lot more hand gestures since I lost the use of my legs.

That is an interesting change Lil - so you or your body finds ways to substitute some ways of communicating with others?
